About

Established in 1967, the Chattanooga Bicycle Club is for people interested in bicycle riding. The club promotes bicycle riding by providing riding opportunities throughout the year. Cycling education and safety is important to the club. We promote cycling education through our support of the League of American Bicyclists, a national organization that works for the interests of the cycling community.  Additional safety information can be found in the “Riding” section of the web site.

The club advocates for local cycling interests through our support of organizations such as Bridge Chattanooga and White Oak Bicycle Cooperative.

The Chattanooga Bicycle club is organized as a 501(c)(4) organization and is governed by an Executive Board that operates according to bylaws approved by the membership. The club holds monthly Board meetings that are open to all club members.
